To start, it has a big corner balcony facing the famous Condado Lagoon and to the side you also have an ocean view.  Its equipped with a computer, high-speed internet, 2 TVs (cable), VCR, Stereo, high speed internet, Telephone, Air conditioning.  The studio has a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed for company.  It is a large studio which has been divided to give you a separate bedroom area.  The furnishings are modern with a Caribbean feel. Bright and airy!  Great for corporate. Available either short or long term.
